Did you know that February was Low Vision and Retinitis Pigmentosa Awareness Month?


KAITLYN MIELKE, our February Empowerment Series speaker will be sharing information and her personal experiences as a person with Low Vision and Retinitis Pigmentosa.

Join us for a one hour presentation, to learn about what it means to be Low Vision and RP.


In this one hour presentation you will learn:

  1. Terminology and their meanings.

  2. Assumptions people make about individuals living with Low Vision and RP.

  3. To be better community people, employers, co workers and advocates for individuals with Low Vision and RP.

At the end, Kaitilyn is open to respectful questions. If there is a question you have always wanted to ask, you are welcome to do so, respectfully.
