Meet 4 inspiring individuals who have been doing yoga daily since the pandemic! Short inspirational stories from all. Simple evening chair Yoga class to follow. This group is celebrating 5 years of consistent daily yoga at 7 a.m. online since the pandemic! Go Yogis! Tuesday night, March 11th, 6:30 to 7:30 . Free and open to the public. Event is in ASL!
