Save the Date: Deaf Equity's 5th Birthday Bash!

7 years or more the idea came to surface. A group of folks wanted MORE for Minnesota. This group wanted an organization that had no limits, that belonged to the community, that anyone could be part of, that all people were experts and leaders. We also wanted to fulfill gaps where others could not. 

                   5 years ago, we came together to found the organization Deaf Equity. 

We are celebrating 5 years of our existence with our community who made it possible. We believe in being kind and doing good. We believe that partnerships are the key to community accountabilty and sustainabilty.

We ask for $25.00 ticket donation but if you would like to be a supporter of DE, we enocourage you to donate more. 

            Our commuinty NEVER has to pay for any of our events. Our grants are incoming but small. 

                               Our work is all volunteers. Our ideas come from the community.  The leadership is equal.
